Everyone's reasons for entering the weightroom are different, but they usually boil down to a few common themes:  adding lean muscle mass, optimizing body composition, engineering raw strength, and upgrading baseline health.

I know first-hand that all of these outcomes are entirely possible, but achieving them requires the right programming architecture. Unfortunately, many queer and neurodivergent adults lack an accepting space to learn the technical mechanics, nutritional variables, and progression logic required to advance. Instead, they end up spinning their wheels on ineffective cookie-cutter templates—left feeling isolated by toxic gym culture and deeply frustrated by a total lack of predictable progress.

A bit about me...

If we haven’t met before – hi, my name’s Alex👋

I've been on a 10+ year mission to achieve my ultimate strength potential.

Starting off, I could barely bench press the empty bar.

But with years of work and dedicated learning under the barbell, I've been able to achieve a 500 lb Squat, 280 lb Bench Press and 530 lb Deadlift, with the total physical transformation that comes with it.

As a gay and Autistic lifter, I know what it's like to feel out of place in strength world. That's why I've made it my mission to share what I've learned with the underserved queer and neurodivergent communities.

About my approach

If you want to optimize your body composition and build functional strength that carries over into everyday life, nothing beats the basic barbell movements. That's why Squatting, Bench Pressing, Deadlifting and Overhead Pressing form the foundation of all programs that I write. Many folks who have spun their wheels on machine circuits are amazed at the rapid physical transformation that barbell training provides. But as effective as this style of training may be, it requires careful attention to technique and programming.

That's where I come in to help.

First, we will connect for a call to analyze your primary training objectives, lifestyle constraints, and recovery capacity. Then, I will write a fully customized training program built to your specific needs and constraints. From there, we will conduct weekly strategy reviews to audit your data logs, refine technical mechanics, and adjust your programming to ensure continuous progress.

The first steps are always the scariest, but the process is so worth it. Kickstart your strength journey today.

Why most gym-goers fail

Every year, millions of well-intentioned lifters set out to transform their bodies, build strength, and reclaim their health. They enter the gym with massive amounts of drive and determination. Unfortunately, the vast majority of those journeys end in the exact same place: stalled progress, avoidable injury, or total mental and physical burnout.

The lifters who actually succeed aren’t inherently more motivated than you; they simply operate a training plan backed by sound, predictable programming architecture. They treat strength as an engineering problem with a definitive solution.

That is exactly what you get when you outsource your training framework to me. By stripping away the gym-bro noise and replacing it with a structured, data-driven barbell checklist tailored to your exact recovery metrics and lifestyle, we turn your physical potential into an inevitable outcome.

Let's stop spinning your wheels. Let's build a system that works.
